Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edgewood, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Edgewood is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bid. Project includes the milling and resurfacing of Fair Oaks Lane from Willowbrook Lane to the Brookwood Swim Club parking lot (approximately 2100 LF) Bids will be received for the furnishing of labor and materials required for the Fair Oaks Lane Resurfacing Program, all in accordance with these instructions, conditions, specifications, and on the enclosed forms. No bid may be withdrawn, once the bid has been deposited with the Owner, except in accordance with Kentucky Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Section 102.11. All bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening Question Submission Deadline:September 5, 2023, 12:00 pm
