Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

**As of October 26, 2023, project was awarded to H&K Group, Inc. awarded amount is $15,727,892.81. ** This project provides for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and work necessary for the replacement of two structures over I-476, NB-637 on SR 2007 (Laurel Run Road) and NB-638 on Ramp AB of the Wilkes-Barre Interchange. The existing SR 2007 structure (NB-637) is a steel thru-plate girder bridge and will be replaced by a two-span continuous spread box beam bridge. The existing Ramp AB structure (NB638) is a three-span steel I-beam bridge and will be replaced by a two-span continuous composite steel plate girder bridge.
