The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide Corrosion Inhibited Liquid Magnesium Chloride All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation To Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this Bid via the eProcurement Portal. ACHD will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 4:30 pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023. The successful Bidder will be required to provide 50% Supply Bond. ACHD has prepared the Contract Documents and copies must be obtained from the eProcurement Portal. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the cost proposal submitted. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid. Expected Bonding Amount: $ 500,000
