Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; parking garage; parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; water / sewer project; and parking garage.

The work under this contract shall consist of removal and replacement of existing trench drains in the fire station garage. Work shall also include the application of an epoxy flooring system. Fire Station 3, located at 800 E. Bridge Street, is fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contractor must work with the fire station staff to ensure the full functions of Fire Station 3 are maintained during construction. The Contractor Shall Perform Everything Required To Be Performed And Shall Provide And Furnish All The Labor, Materials, Equipment, Necessary Tools, Expendable Equipment, Insurance Provided By The Specifications, Contributions to Social Security And All Utility And Transportation Services required To Perform And Complete In A Workmanlike Manner The Following Work: 2023 Fire Station 3 Garage Project All In Accordance With The Specifications And Drawings And In Strict Compliance With The Contractor's Proposal And Other Contract Documents, Herein Mentioned As Component Parts Of This Contract. The Contractor Shall Do Everything Required By This Contract And Other Documents Constituting A Part Hereof And In The Manner Specified Herein. 2023 Fire Station 3 Garage Project Work will include demolition and replacement of garage floor drains and associated piping. Also included is the application of an epoxy flooring system.
