Description

Paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

This project consists of removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement and install waterproofing membrane. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A performance bond and also a labor and materials payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. The city of wausau reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding. 6" Concrete Pavement 90 Square Yards 8" Concrete Pavement 60 Square Yards Waterproof Membrane 860 Square Feet
