Completion Date: June 1, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No Project involves approximately installation of 4 baseball diamonds, with a combined area of approximately 225,000 SF, installation of 2 parking lots with a combined area of approximately 90,000 SF, and installation of approximately 550 LF of 8" water main and 550 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, as well as site prep, topsoil stripping, grading and restoration. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of the Village of Mishicot and the Bidding Contact during regular business hours. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Mishicot at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Mishicot equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the Village of Mishicot as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Mishicot reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
