Sewage Lift Station No. 4 Rehabilitation Description: Project involves sewage pump replacement, providing a new control panel, replacing valves in valve vault, painting pump discharge piping, replacing power and control wiring, and site restoration. Additional Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of the Village of Mishicot and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Mishicot at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Mishicot equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the Village of Mishicot as liquidated damages. The Village of Mishicot reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
