Grays Harbor Transportation Authority (GHTA), transportation provider in Grays Harbor County, is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing architecture, engineering, and environmental review services. The scope of work includes responding to a list of Task Orders for performing studies related to the pre-planning and planning activities for a new facility (headquarters) for the Transit Authority. The estimated start date is October 15, 2023-June 30, 2025. This project is being funded by a state appropriation; however, the goal is to apply for federal funding for the remaining planning and construction. Therefore, the resulting Contract must follow federal land acquisition requirements and other federal, state, and local regulations. GHTA is committed to maximum utilization of disadvantaged businesses. All businesses are encouraged to apply.
