The Town of Norway is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a qualified professional to assess and evaluate the Town's current water and sewer systems in their entirety. The estimated project schedule is as follows: Completion of data acquisition September 2024 Completion of first draft of report November 2024 Completion of final edits of report December 2025 Presentation of findings to Norway Town Council January 2025 Grant close-out April 30, 2025 Completion of Selection Committee Review and Recommendation October 2, 2023, estimated Execution of Contract November 13, 2023, estimated Town of Norway reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any parts thereof and to waive any irregularities or minor informalities in any proposal or in the proposal process and to make a contract award in the best interest of the Town of Norway. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
