This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the E938-00 South Vancouver Community Beds Unit Renovation project. A Community Bed Based Unit is being upgraded. The unit is approximately 10,000 sq ft and requires renovations which include: patch and paint, door locks removal and replacement, bathroom partitions in 2 washrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 hand hygiene sink installations, care team base update, cameras, audio visual systems and distress buttons, and cabling for new workstations.
