Sealed bids will be received by the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Sep 26, 2023 for: Project Name Number County Lanier Project X111 Muskogee Stelzer Project X130 Okfuskee Work on these projects includes removing and disposing of the flowlines, gravel, concrete, debris, tanks, and pump units, closing the pits, removing the lease roads and location pads, dispersing the weathered hydrocarbons, constructing a dry structure, terrace, and waterway, grading the areas, sodding, and planting seed. The estimated cost is over $50,000. The OERB is no longer sending hard copies of the scopes of-work or bid forms. All contractors must submit an online application prior to bidding on OERB projects. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder.
