The project will reconstruct Seward Highway Crossing (#4054) to accommodate ARRC project to raise railroad grade. Work will also include drainage improvements, roadside hardware, and utilities as needed. Required professional services will include Environmental Activities (engineering support for environmental document), Surveying & Right-of-Way Mapping, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design, Design Study Report, Public Involvement, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Plans, Specifications, Engineer's Estimate, Assistance During Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Closeout, and Assistance During Construction. Estimated range (US$): 500,000 to 1,000,000 Plans room: Central AK DOT - RFP - Alaska Highway Bridge Replacements The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
