Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for the roof replacement project at the Silver Lake Lodge, located at 9006 Silver Lake Rd, Maple Falls, Washington. The contractor will provide and supply all materials to remove and dispose of the existing roof materials and install a new metal panel roof and portions of new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof, and other work as further described in the bid documents. Award will be made to the lowest qualified responsive / responsible bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
