Scope of Work The following summarizes the general scope of work. See drawings for complete scope of work. 5.1.1 This project will remodel existing restroom R0125 into a lactation room and restroom R0175 into a family/gender neutral restroom. Refer to the Drawings for complete scope of Work. 5.1.2 Plans are based on record drawings and field observations of work area. It is the contractors responsibility to inspect the work site before start of the project to check for discrepancies. Any discrepancies found after the start of the project will be considered incidental and will be covered by the project at no additional cost to the Owner. 5.1.3 All electrical work performed on the project not classified as routine maintenance must be performed by a licensed electrician and electrical permits and inspections are required in accordance with the requirements of Iowa Statute 103 and the Iowa Electrical Examining Board.
