The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking bids for indefinite requirement services for snow plowing and sanding at AHFC's housing complexes (Chugach Manor, Chugach View, Ptarmigan Park, and Alpine Terrace) in Anchorage, Alaska as detailed in the Scope of Work. Anticipated Period of Performance - Begin thru End: This Contract will commence with the Notice to Proceed and shall be for one (1) year to expire June 30, 2024. The Contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods at AHFC's sole discretion Questions Deadline: September 5, 2023 @ 4:00 PM Question will be submitted to EMAIL:submittals@ahfc.us Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract: $100,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
