Site work for a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

Scope of work may include construction of approx. 11 kilometers of new shared-use pathway locations throughout the City, adjacent to the Circle Drive: 1. Calder Crescent to Wilson Crescent: 2.2 km 2. Delaronde Road to Kingsmere Boulevard: 2.5 km 3. Taylor Street to 8th Street: 1.15 km 4. 8th Street to 14th Street: 0.75 km 5. Central Avenue to 108th Street: 1.3 km 6. Lanyon Avenue to Rail Bridge: 0.2 km 7. Avenue W to Glenwood Avenue: 1 km 8. Mackie Crescent (lane) to Marlborough Crescent (lane): 1 km 9. Milton Street to Laurier Drive: 0.2 km 10. 20th Street to 17th Street: 0.5 km TIMELINE: Project is in early planning stages. The consultant is to assess the project feasibility, complete functional designs, and provide class 3 cost estimates. Final deliverables are due in 2024. Scope of work and schedules for detailed design, tender and construction may be confirmed fall/winter 2024. *Budget to be determined.
