No definite date for the rebid.** SMUD is seeking qualified Contractors to provide Site and building demolition of SMUDs previous corporation yard which is approximately 16 acres on the north side of the light rail tracks and 4 acres which are south of the light rail tracks. Multiple buildings are on each location and the site work generally includes demolition of parking lot lights, loading ramps, equipment racks, tall concrete curbs, and misc. site structures such as a wood chip bin and covered material bins.
