Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Alfred, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 6, 2023. A. The project is to construct a new 16-inch force main from the intersection of CR 557 and Old Lake Alfred Road, south to Swoope Street, then east and south to a connection point on East Alfred Drive (US 17). The work will include a jack and bore under an existing CSX ROW and under US 17. B. The estimated lengths of pipe are as follows- Force Main: 16-inch PVC FM: 8,910 LF 30-inch jack and bore: 223 LF under CSX ROW 30-inch jack and bore: 90 LF under US 17 20-inch Directional Bore: 1,878 LF The Contractor shall perform all work required by the Contract Documents for the construction of the City of Lake Alfred Force Main Installation - South Extension All questions regarding the project should be directed in writing to Allen C. Lane, P.E. of CPH via email: alane@cphcorp.com. Questions will not be answered after October 18, 2023 Installation of 16-inch force main
