Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 BAnQ is looking for a service provider to carry out the annual update of its emergency measures (PMU), fire safety (PSI) and crisis management (PGC) plans in the buildings of BAnQ: the Grande Bibliotheque (GB) located at 475, boul. De Maisonneuve Est in Montreal and the National Library (NL) - Rosemont site located at 2275, rue Holt in Montreal. Annual training needs for BAnQ employees located in the two (2) buildings mentioned above are also necessary in order to align and adapt the updated plans to BAnQ procedures and regulations. As part of the crisis management plan, annual training for the members who make up the crisis unit is necessary, in the form of a tabletop exercise. The selected service provider will have to take into account new trends in training, including the following: Online training;
The formation continues;
Training evaluation;
Training in "Pick & Choose" mode;
The instructional video. This first batch (LOT 1), whose mandate includes updating PMUs, PSIs, PGCs, training needs and evacuation drills, cannot be subcontracted. The second batch (LOT 2), which aims to meet the requirements of the insurer and the standards and regulations in force at the City of Montreal, weekly inspections of fire protection systems are required in BAnQ buildings: the Grande Bibliotheque (GB) located at 475, boul. From Maisonneuve East to Montreal. and the National Library (NL) - Rosemont site located at 2275, rue Holt, in Montreal. Lot 2 can be subcontracted. The firm term of the contract is for a period of one (1) year with the possibility of renewal for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year, at BAnQ's discretion. An interested bidder can bid for both (2) lots or only on one (1) lot of his choice.
