Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buena Park, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of September 29, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 17, 2023.** The work consists of rehabilitating the roadway by removing and reconstructing the asphalt concrete pavement within the existing right of way, the removal and reconstruction of ADA access ramps, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, a local depression, adjustment of utility structures and pull-boxes, replacement of traffic detection devices, striping, signage, pavement markings, and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the proposed improvements in accordance with the Projects Plans and Specifications. A small sliver of approximately 10' by 435' of Knott Avenue is within the City of Buena Park public right of way. A Cooperative Agreement to partner in the rehabilitation work has already been executed with the City of Buena Park. This pavement rehabilitation project will re-establish the pavement structure, restore the surface integrity, improve driving conditions, and improve pedestrian safety.
