Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stewart, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All bids will be considered valid until 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The work for which proposals are invited consists of a soldier pile and concrete lagging wall at Township Road 463 at mile marker 0.32 in Rome Township, Athens County, Ohio, and other miscellaneous items associated with the construction of the ATH- TR463-0.32 LANDSLIDE REPAIR. The Engineer's Estimate of Construction Cost for this project is $ 263,860. Each bid shall have filed with it a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit revocable only at the option of the ROME TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES in an amount equal to 10% of the bid or a bond in accordance with division (B) of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than December 29th, 2023. ROME TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities as may be in the best interest of the ROME TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES.
