Renovation of an educational facility in Lake Worth, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Direct all inquiries regarding this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to the Procurement Department, in writing, by e-mail: chojnacd@palmbeachstate.edu. Question Deadline 09/15/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Scope of work includes: 1. Repair all identified areas underside of walkways inside the waffle domes. 2. Repair all miscellaneous areas of spalling as identified in the contract documents. 3. Paint entire underside of walkways as indicated on drawings. 4. Remove existing top side surface coatings to expose concrete then clean in preparation for waterproofing. 5. Repair minor miscellaneous areas, if any unforeseen spalling or cracking is discovered, to top side of walkways surface during removal of existing coatings. 6. Install new deck coatings on walkway top side surfaces per design specifications. 7. Provide site protection, maintenance of traffic, and daily jobsite cleaning throughout project timeline. 8. Repair any landscaping or surrounding building areas and sidewalks which may have been damaged during construction 9. Demobilize and clean area upon project completion.
