The City of Highland, Illinois invites sealed bids for the Roof Replacement Water Treatment Plant Description of Work: Removal and replacement of approximately 4,275 square foot of Single Ply Roofing System and metal roofing repairs. Location: 3035 Highland Park Rd., Highland, IL 62249 The contract and bidding documents may be examined at the following locations: Department of Public Works, 1113 Broadway, Highland, IL 62249 and Foresight Services, Inc., 67 Executive Drive, Highland, IL 62269. The project is a "Public Works Construction" Project as defined in the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820ILCS 130. As such, all bidders shall account for in their bids and will be subject to the general prevailing wage rates for Madison County, Illinois, currently published and as amended from time to time by the Department of Labor. Prevailing rate of wages are revised by the Department of Labor and are available on the Department
