Question Acceptance Deadline 09/05/2023 02:00 PM MDT Questions are submitted online No Questions or clarifications related to the bid requirements will be addressed at this meeting and subsequent written addendum. An acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total for the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. The undersigned bidder agrees to furnish the required contract performance and payment bonds and to enter into contract for the work within ten (10) days from date of contract award notice issued by the City. The total contract shall be completed within 30 working days
