Question Deadline 09/12/2023 The City of Perry (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for a project known as the NORTHWEST SERVICE AREA GROUND STORAGE TANK AND BOOSTER PUMP STATION in Perry, Georgia (the Project). The project is located at the northwest corner of Georgia Hwy 341 and the Perry Bypass on the future Jack Links Processing Facility site. This facility is currently under construction. The Project includes material procurement and construction of a new 1,000,000 gallon ground storage tank and booster pump station that will include various pump sizes for fire flow and other system demands. The work includes as booster pump building, electrical and controls components, site work and grading, water mains to feed the tank and distribute water discharged from the booster pump station, and various interconnections with existing water mains. The CMAR will also be responsible for providing structural design for the tank and booster pump building that is stamped by a professional structural engineer in the State of Georgia. The CMAR will provide Preconstruction and Construction Phase Services in collaboration with the Engineer and Owner.
