Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the (150-day) Contract Time. *Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Fit out of existing 5,000 square foot tenant space into training/office/locker room space. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
