Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Confluence, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a project at Youghiogheny River Lake. The work consists of milling existing pavement and placing an overlay of Asphalt Wearing Course (Scratch) and Asphalt Wearing Course (top coat) over existing asphalt. The limits of proposed pavement be milled to a depth of 1- inch and receive a 2-inch overlay. The Contractor shall also restripe the parking stall pavement markings, remove and dispose existing wheel stops and provide new wheel stops, and remove an asphalt curb and replace with an asphalt shoulder wedge. 11 October 2023: Bid opening held on 11 October 2023. Results have been attached.
