Sealed proposals are requested for Boiler and Domestic Water Heater Replacements work at the Turkeyfoot Valley Area High School, Confluence, Pennsylvania. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount not less than ten percent of the proposal amount, and a noncollusion affidavit. The check or bond must be made payable to the Turkeyfoot Valley Area School District. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for sixty days after the bid opening. Specifications and drawings are available electronically or as hard copies for a fee. The work must commence within ten days of notification to start and must be completed, ready for use, by July 31, 2026.
