Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the designated issuing office, with digital and printed copies available. A deposit is required for printed documents, with a refund for returns in good condition. Bid security must be provided as specified. The project will be funded in part by local authority funds and in part by grants. Pennsylvania State Wage Rates apply. The authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
