Est $ Value: $10M - $50M Document availability date: 08/25/2023 Funding: 100% MTA Goals: 15% MBE; 15% WBE; 6% SDVOB This Contract requires the replacement of Uninterruptable Power Supply ("UPS") within the Communication Rooms with new UPS, providing a temporary UPS during removal and installation of the new UPS, and performing testing and commission of the new UPS at the following twenty-five (25) stations. Installation at 138th Street - Grand Concourse Station of a room-dedicated, ductless, split-HVAC system for station's Communication Room MR 391, and testing and commissioning of the new HVAC. This is an A + B Bidding Contract. Contract Term: Substantial Completion term is 1095 calendar days Current addenda: 1 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
