The New York Office of General Services (OGS) owns and operates approximately 20 million square feet of office space. To assist in their daily operations, OGS contracts with firms to provide various building services in these State facilities. The intent of this solicitation is to enter into one contract per lot for a term of five years with qualified Contractors to perform professional window cleaning services at OGS-managed/owned facilities located throughout New York State. Services shall be separated into six lots; each lot is unique in the type of service and/or type of facility. Attachment 2 - Service Specifications summarizes each lot, including the location of each facility, number and type of windows to be cleaned, and cleaning frequency. Question Deadline 09/19/2023
