Electrical Reclosers. It is the intent of the City/NPU to make award to the lowest, responsible qualified bidder, although the ability of the Vendor to deliver the items within a reasonable timeframe will be a consideration. The firm whose bid is accepted will be issued a Purchase Order for the prices submitted in response to the bid. Quantities referenced on the Purchase Order are estimates only. The Purchase Order will be in effect for three (3) years from the date of issuance. Price increases will be considered on the anniversary dates only. Norwich Public Utilities reserves the right to reject and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive minor irregularities in the bidding and to award the bid to other than the low bidder if deemed in the best interest of the City of Norwich. Norwich Public Utilities reserves the right to make multiple awards.
