UCFS Healthcare is seeking a vendor to develop a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment for our Sheltering Arms Residential Care Home located at 165 McKinley Avenue, Norwich, CT. UCFS is looking for a firm to develop a comprehensive facility condition assessment to give UCFS the knowledge necessary to arrive at an estimate of reinvestment costs in order to make decisions whether to replace or maintain systems. The information will be used to prioritize projects for maintenance, repair or renewal. All questions pertaining to this RFP shall be in written form and sent via email to: Pamela Allen Kinder, VP Business Development pkinder@ucfs.org or 860-822-4146. Field measure the entire building (3 floors) and create accurate existing conditions including all MEP and building elevation drawings (AutCAD/REVIT) o Architectural assessment o Identification of any code-related deficiencies or compliance concerns o Current conditions/assessment of assets (such as roofing, mechanical, plumbing, structural and lighting o Final report should Include photographic records of systems and assets.
