Plans call for an interior tenant fit-out of the former Yong's Cleaners space which is adjacent to East Side Laboratory Diagnostics. The space will consist of behavioral health & wellness counseling offices, small call center, meeting room, break room, and two new ADA compliant toilet rooms. There are two alternates requested related to storefronts & framing. Unit pricing is present for the following: structural fill, duplex receptacles, wall switches, data wall boxes, sprinkler heads, ductwork. Project is Open Shop.
