Renovation of a power facility in Hibbing, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
**As of November 13, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 21, 2023.** Site Directions: 1902 E, 6th Avenue, Hibbing, MN 55746. The work includes the disassembly, inspection, testing, and reassembly of turbine generator #3 as described in the Specifications for Public Bid 25-2023. Contractor shall initiate work on or before January 3, 2024, and all work under the Contract must be complete by February 28, 2024. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Kurt Sobczynski, Barr Engineering in writing.
