Renovation of a municipal facility in Hibbing, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City is seeking proposals to provide professional consulting, planning, construction, and implementation of additions and improvements to the City's outdoor siren warning system. This RFP includes updates to the control system used to activate, test, and monitor the current outdoor warning sirens located across the City. This RFP consists of the addition and/or replacement of warning sirens as may be necessary to ensure a modern and reliable system that covers most of the populated areas of the City with tone-based alerting. The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for consulting services, contracting, and implementation for outdoor warning siren system additions and improvements.
