Briefly, the project consists of the provision of a new single-ply PVC roof membrane over the existing roofing, along with all associated flashing. This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project therefore no bid will be received or considered unless the Bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid, that "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148. Each Bid shall contain a statement indicating whether the Bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Each Bid shall contain a statement that the Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of Prevailing Wages. The selected Contractor shall certify nondiscrimination in obtaining required subcontractors, in accordance with current ORS.
