The scope of the construction program includes work in: - François-de-Laval elementary school located at 12050 Ave de Bois-de-Boulogne, Montreal, Quebec H3M 2X9 - repairs of exit stairs for users, upgrades to the building envelope, ventilation and heating systems, plumbing, interior finishes and light fixtures; - Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix elementary school located at 10495 Av. Georges-Baril, Montreal, QC H2C 2N1 - renovation of the building envelope, upgrades to water and wastewater networks, improvement to sanitary facilities, structural upgrades and decreasing CO2 rate to defined standard; - Leonardo-de-Vinci elementary school located at 7630 22e Av., Montréal, QC H2A 2H9 - elimination of water infiltration through window frames, upgrades to the building concrete structure, reinforcement of the columns, upgrades to interior finishes and washroom blocks, repairs of plumbing and electrical networks. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant to complete conceptual studies and preliminary program draft establishment and split the construction program into specific projects that are now followed separately in the reports under CRM ID names: - École François-de-Laval Renovation; - École Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix Renovation and - École Leonardo-de-Vinci Renovation. Preliminary studies started. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
