The City of Friendswood (the "City") Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bid and to Waive Any Informality in the Bids Received. The Contract, if Any, Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible Bidder, the City Pays for Goods and Services According to the Provisions of Chapter 2251 of the Government Code. A Bid Guarantee in the Form of a Bidder's Bond, Certified Check or a Cashier's Check Made Out to "City of Friendswood" in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Greatest Amount Bid Must Accompany Each Submission. Bids That Do Not Have the Accompanying Bid Guarantee Will Be Returned to the Bidder.
