Per the owner, as of February 6, 2025, this project is currently in design. The owner states that bidding and construction is anticipated in 2028. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District is pleased to announce the opportunity to provide design and engineering services for the Webb Creek Culvert Replacement Project at Bear Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve. The District seeks a civil engineering-led firm to evaluate alternatives and design a culvert replacement for Webb Creek Culvert beneath Alma Parking Area. The replacement will likely require an upsize to the existing culvert, a joining detail of the culvert to a recently repaired section at Bear Creek Road within County of Santa Clara right-of-way; slope stabilization, and replacement parking lot with drainage improvements. The District at its sole discretion may grant an extension to all candidates if circumstances require additional time. Responding teams should assume that the District may initiate discussions simultaneously with all respondents. Q & A deadline: Sep 12, 2023 8:00:00 PM EDT
