Renovation of a multi-residential development in Frisco, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Contractor shall prep, paint, refinish existing interior walls, doors, and door jambs on the first and second floor areas of the County Commons for phase 1, as described in the sections below and shown in the attached documentation. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and other incidentals necessary to provide new interior paint finishes on all walls, doors, and door jambs called out in RFP descriptions and supporting documents. A. Areas to be Painted Phase 1 Areas called out for new paint application will be reflected in floor plans provided and highlighted with this RFP document and discussed in the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Contractors are expected to perform take offs for their proposal. 1. (4) public restroom walls only, from top of wainscot to ceiling 2. All Common area hallways on first and second floors, from top of cove base to ceiling systems. 3. (1) 2nd floor meeting room 4. All entry vestibules. 5. (67) commercial wood doors and metal frames associated to public halls and meeting rooms, and Teen Center, to be finished on all sides 6. (2) metal doors and metal frames associated to public hallways 7. (11) door side lights associated to door connected public hallways
