The Work includes but is not limited to: CHESTNUT HILL EAST BRIDGE REHABILITATION PROGRAM. The contract duration is(213) calendar days from the notice to proceed. A change, modification, or clarification to the Contract Documents can only by affected by a written Addendum issued by SEPTA via our ePS No bid will be opened and considered that is submitted later than the time specified. The Work under this contract, applicable to one or more of the bridge structures, generally includes the following: All Locations: A. Clearing site of debris, trees and vegetations that effect construction and construction access or work as otherwise noted on the plans for removal. B. Cleaning and painting existing steel. C. Performing spall and crack repairs to existing abutments. D. Cleaning and applying penetrating sealer / anti-graffiti coating to exposed faces of abutments and wing walls. E. Performing all necessary project temporary works. F. Performing site restoration and landscaping of all disturbed areas.
