Delta County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids. Intent of work is to have Bidder or Bidders provide services for installing & construction of (1) 20 camping sites and 4 cabin sites with electrical service; (2) 20 camping sites with water service and all permits, laws, regulations and requirements listed in this contract. - The Bidder will complete the Work and accept as full payment, for the Work scope items listed, the following Unit Prices and/or Item Bid Prices, as applicable. Attention: Bidder may bid on all scope items listed below or individually. Bids will be awarded per individual work scope item. There are two (2) Individual Bid items below: (1) Electric & (2) Water. The site is located at Pioneer Trail Park on County property, 6822 Hwy. 2,41 & M35, Gladstone, MI. Bid Security - Not required. 5.
