Reference number : 1756268 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-09- The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a supplier who will carry out upon request the complete or partial replacement (only both sides) of headstones in accordance with the conditions of this call for tenders. The supplier will have to submit fixed prices for the complete replacement or partial replacement of stele. Complete replacement concerns old stelae that do not meet the new standards and technical requirements (e.g. stelae that are not installed on concrete bases). The partial replacement concerns the stelae already installed, which meet the standards and technical requirements, but whose faces must be replaced. For verification and approval purposes, all visuals (technical drawings) of stelae must be approved by the CSSDM representative before being put into production. The old stelae and faces must be removed, transported and disposed of at the expense of the supplier. In order not to harm the image of the CSSDM, the contractor must ensure that the logos of all removed stelae and faces are destroyed so that they are not used by malicious persons. For new concrete bases, the temperature of fresh concrete should never fall below +5C during processing. The contract will be valid the day after the auction for a period of one year. The agreement will come with two one-year renewal options. This option may be exercised at the request of the CSSDM and with the agreement of the successful tenderer.
