Renovation of a fire / police facility in Augusta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Exterior Stucco Repairs at Fire Station 5 and Fire Station 11 Augusta, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) intends to select a qualified contractor to repair the exterior stucco at fire station 5 and fire station 11 at the Augusta Fire Department. Your submittal should respond to, and be based on, the information included in this Invitation to Bid. The last day to submit questions is Wednesday, April 17, 2024, @ 5:00 P.M. All questions should be directed to Geri Sams, Director of Procurement, and must be in in writing by fax to 706- 821-2811 or by email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov. The Owner reserves the right to consider proposals or modification thereof received at any time before the award is made if such action is in the interest of the Owner. The Augusta Fire Department intends to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor to repair the exterior stucco at Fire Station 5 located at 1898 Martin Luther King Blvd and Fire Station 11 located at 2243 Old Savannah Rd. The selected contractor will provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform the following services: Fire Station 5 o Repair all cracked or otherwise damaged stucco o Clean entire surface of existing stucco o Seal/paint all new and existing stucco o Removal of all construction related debris Fire Station 11 o Removal 2' of existing stucco at ground level all the way around the building and replace with brick facade 2' from ground surface. o Repair all cracked or otherwise damaged stucco o Clean existing stucco o Seal/paint all new and existing stucco. o Removal of all construction related debris
