This will include furnishing all labour, material and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract documents. The LACDA intends to award multiple one-year contracts with the option of four (4), one-year extensions, provided services are satisfactory and funds are available. The roto-rooter, backflow testing and other services will not include plumbing repairs or the installation of new and/or replacement parts and materials. This service will not be subject to state and federal prevailing wages. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the respondent’s quote. It reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFQ. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the LACDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor technical deficiencies in the quotes.
