PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 9/20/2023. PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to perform the required work to replace roofs and refurbish components at Buildings 9, 10, and 45 including new flashing and cleaning and clearing out downspouts from any clogs, per the plans and specifications. Contractor Shall use the Plans & Specifications, 504-24-106 Replace flat roofs to Buildings 9, 10 & 45, including new flashing and cleaning and clearing out downspouts from any clogs. The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR, CO, and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor. The location of this project is Buildings 9,10, and 45 at the Amarillo VA Health Care Facility located in Amarillo, Texas 79106 The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 with a small business size standard of $19M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Per FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Dollars.
