USACE, Seattle District requires a minimum of 500 ton(s) of materials to be delivered using solo dump truck, side-dump, truck and transfer, or truck and trailer just off East Portland Avenue in Tacoma along the Puyallup River 2.7 miles upstream. POP 01-SEP-2023 TO 15-DEC-2023. All questions resulting from this RFQ shall be submitted by close of business two (2) prior to the closing date. MATERIALS REQUIRED: Base Schedule _ 1.25" Minus Crushed Quarry Stone (750 Tons) Optional Schedule _ 1.25" Minus Crushed Quarry Stone (250 Tons) LOCATION: The project and location is Reach 4, just off East Portland Avenue, and behind TAGRO. Access is under the 509th Street bridge in Tacoma along the Puyallup River 2.7 miles upstream. See map below for visual reference of and access location. All deliveries shall be coordinated with the onsite emergency management government representative or Contracting Officer. METHOD OF : All materials will be delivered using Solo Dump Truck, or Truck and Transfer; Supplier must be able to provide a minimum of 500 tons of material per day to site. SPECIFICATIONS: All rock shall be sound, clean, angular, durable stone. Rounded rocks are not acceptable. The longest dimension of any stone shall not exceed three times its shortest dimension. Acceptability of stones will be determined by visual , laboratory tests, and/or geologic .
