Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Logan, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Logan County Commission is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of private dwellings and commercial structures In Logan County. Said structures are being processed by the Logan County Commission through the Logan County DEP Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program funded by the Department of Environmental Protection. There are two (2) separate projects that require two (2) separate bids. If a bid Is awarded, work will begin Immediately and continue until the current Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program Is complete. The Logan County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his er bid within thirty (30) days after the date of the bid opening.
