Site work and paving for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the Construction of Drainage and Paving Facilities for Tamarron Parkway Street Dedication Section 1 in Tamarron West. Bid Bonds for five percent (5%) of the maximum total bid amount are acceptable for construction contracts over $250,000. The successful bidder shall forfeit bid security to Owner as liquidated damages if it shall fail or refuse to enter into a proper contract for the Work, including failure or refusal to furnish the Performance and Maintenance Bond and the Payment Bond required by the Contract. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. The deadline to ask questions is 9/07/2023 12:00 PM CST The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if evidence submitted by or investigation of the bidder indicate that the bidder is not properly qualified in the opinion of the Owner, to complete the work satisfactorily
